Located in Rohnert Park off Highway 101, next to FoxTail Golf Club's two, 18-hole championship courses. Airport shuttle is available (to/from SFO and OAK). Santa Rosa is a ten-minute drive away. Enjoy outdoor pool, fitness center, and sports courts.
Hotel
The contracted hotel group rate is $159/night plus tax (this is less than the current US Government per diem rate for Rohnert Park so no rate adjustment will be needed).
The contracted room-rate cut-off date is Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm PST.
The group rate will be available from June 6 to June 13, 2026 subject to availability.

Is staying at the same hotel required?
Although it is not mandatory to stay at this hotel, it is the most convenient option available. The ESSB Committee has negotiated a group discount at this venue, and there is a minimum room-night commitment that must be fulfilled. What is the refund policy?
Full Refund until midnight June 7, 2026. No Refund after that point.

What does registration for virtual attendance include?
Virtual attendance is only for General/Subcommittees/Safety Codes Meetings. A link will be sent out closer to the meeting to those that registered for virtual attendance.
For Working Group meetings, virtual attendance is at the WG Chair’s discretion and, if available, is at no charge. The WG Chairs will send out the links, as applicable.
